一篇比较中肯的社评。再补充一下科普知识；自上世纪70年代开始，科技界已经很努力地开发新的太阳能电池技术，希望能够不使用成本很高的单晶硅。到现在已经超过40年了，但高档的太阳能电池，还是离不开硅，这说明了能源技术的难度。还记得硅电池的理论太阳能吸收率是20+%，而用这个数据来推测太阳能电池到底能够供应整个地球多少能源，70年代各种的推算没有超过5%，而四十年后用电量大量增加了，这个百分比应该更低。悲催！
